An AI operating system

Ordova

Ordova is the operating system a software studio runs its AI workforce on. A methodology the work is held to, an enforcement layer that holds it there, and a permanent record of what it did. Built and run in production at Async Digital.

The philosophy

What the system is held to

Let nothing be destroyed that cannot be recovered. Let nothing be claimed that was not verified. Let the record outlive the session, and the law outlive the day’s convenience. What drifts from the truth is corrected at its source, never papered over.

Where to go

Three doors, and the showcase

Ordova is a small system of parts, each with a distinct role and a distinct change cadence. Each keeps its own face, co-located with the source it derives from.

How it works

The showcase

The whole system explained end to end: why the working context an agent needs is capital worth keeping, how a session runs from one wrap-up to the next, how drift is held shut, and every skill the agent reaches for.

Two parts have no door

Private Creed, the operator overlay. The one operator-specific layer. It installs second and wins filename collisions, so a generic install stays fully supported without it.

Shelved Interface, the MCP surface. An API over the record, shelved once archive access became filesystem-direct through the agent's own tools.
